Get motivated: Exercise and no sugar will make me stronger. At least do it for that reason.
- Exercise (via running or gym) most days of the week.
- Pile the vegetables.
- Limited sugar and flour intake.
- Sleep for at least 7 hours per night.
Treat your body with respect to be healthy and happy. And maintain a sense of balance.

My 21-Day Sugar Detox: November 26th - December 16th DONE. I still might want to loosely follow this though.
Yes - all meat and fish, eggs, vegetables, fats and oils, coffee and tea, nut milks
Limit - beets, butternut squash, pumpkin, green tipped banana, green apple, coconut juice/water, kombucha
No - corn, sweet potatoes/yams, white potatoes, winter squash (acorn, delicata, kabocha), pretty much all fruit, cashew, peanut, all grains and beans, refined carbohydrates, all dairy, alcohol, juice, rice milk, oat milk, soda, soy sauce, bottled dressing, gum, UPDATE: nuts/seeds and butters
I don't think my body liked the dairy in last night's dinner. And probably the flour as well. I don't miss that stuff.
I tried to donate blood today, but my veins were too puny. :(
Also. I didn't bring enough food to work today. I hate it when that happens.
4pm: So hungry!
Tiny walks to/from bus stops and such. Nothing noteworthy.
10am: bowl of chopped & sauteed- butternut squash + kale + bacon + red onion + garlic + coconut oil w. hot sauce, black coffee

2:30-3pm: 1 cabbage wrap: 1 leaf + shredded chicken + mustard + 1/8 avocado + radish slices, 13 baby carrots + 4 little yellow tomatoes, 6 turkey kielbasa discs

- I have never been to this place, but I LOVE that they have a zucchini noodle option. Hooray!
