My Current Resolutions: (as of 04/23/12)
THREE WEEKS CLEAN - 21 Days!
- Upper body/abs workout 2 times a week
- Lower body/pt workout 2 times a week (I miss PT!)
- Yoga 2 times a week
- Cardio 5 times a week in the AM
- Log Daily
- Plan/prep food weekly so that I am prepared for school time and meals.
I would love to lead an active and healthy life. To me, this looks like being able to balance spending time with friends and advancing my career with keeping active, working out, hiking, being outdoors, and enjoying my life!
DAY 7 OF 21
Notes: I'm pretty dang proud of myself. I was at the gym, worked out, hung out in the cafe and did work - but didn't buy anything!! Yeah! I took the $15 that I could have spent on a healthy lunch, transferred it to a credit card payment, and went home to eat veggies and rice!
