I want to consistently follow the great food plan that I have developed over the years. I have reached my goal many times. However, I have never been able to keep off the weight indefinitely. I frequently struggle with Maintenance. I have recently regained about 12 pounds, and need support to stay away from that first bite of snacks/trigger foods which get me started on a food binge!

1) FOLLOW CHEAT SYSTEM
2) STRENUOUSLY AVOID 11 C's: Cake, Cookies, Candy, Crackers,Chips, Cheese, Cereal after bkfst, Cereal with sugar, ice Cream , eating in Car, sugar by itself (C&H)

Worked on computer, organized papers, and watched the boys for a couple of hours this afternoon/evening.
I didn't get much sleep last night because Chester (dog) woke me up twice to go out. We don't have a yard, so we take him out to the sidewalk, and he just couldn't find the right spot to go! I was wide awake by the time we came in, and couldn't get back to sleep. Therefore, I slept really late and didn't have time for most exercises. I planned to take a long walk, but Greg called and asked if I could watch the boys for a couple of hours. It was dark and I was tired by the time I got home. No walk.
