At this point its not about the the weight loss, but rather a lifestyle change. I want to commit myself to getting rid of my food addiction and Eat to Live for life. I am confident that the extra weight i have will melt off if i follow this program and will bring me to my goal of 125lbs.

ok so i wasnt getting out of bed to exercise this morning, still too tired. I may exercise tonight or it may be my day off. not sure.
But- I GAINED 1lb since yesterday! wtf!! i barely ate. And i was starving this morning..i dont know why.. Soo weird. I'll try not to be discouraged.
maybe i had too much sugars/starch yesterday, so today im maping it out.
dont think today will be a good day for nutrition, i already feel out of balance and am def. getting sick with something. Boo :(
