At this point its not about the the weight loss, but rather a lifestyle change. I want to commit myself to getting rid of my food addiction and Eat to Live for life. I am confident that the extra weight i have will melt off if i follow this program and will bring me to my goal of 125lbs.

im not sure how good today will be- no solid plans other then going to a kiddie birthday party-which means cupcakes and appetizers. being vegan saves me from a few of those, but im sure i'll end up eating something i shouldnt.
i've already screwed today by eating like a pig!! im not feeling too pleased with myself right now.
yah didnt do any better the rest of the day way to much carbs and way to much sugar + no exercise=me being fat. I HAVE to scale back on this sugar sub obsession. its just as bad as having ACTUAL sugar.
weight is probably up 1lb or More and im really in a bad bad mood--plans for the evening ended up getting ruined and i really considered just eating whatever i wanted, but im not hungry or craving anything in particular so i actually cant make myself eat for comfort anymore. At least this is good news.

+HM applesauce; stewed in slow cooker overnight; apples, pumpkin pie spice, cherry juice, maple syrup, vanilla bean; at least 2 cups eating while cooking <--very yummy!
+Hazelnut-cinnamon Steamer*; 2tsp hazelnut agave syrup, cinnamon, 1c unsweetened soy <--not the best combo.
+banana + 1/2oz almonds.
