115 is my ideal weight, but more importantly I want to get control of my eating. I'm now 120 and look a little chubby for my small size and frame.
Long.term goal: Develop a healthy relationship w. food--one where I don't base my day around my meals and succumb to binges.

Left the teacher in-service day at the first possible moment. Trying my best to stay awake, but my eyelids are growing increasingly heavier…
Thoughts on today's food:
It felt good to leave my stomach empty this morning. What I don't understand is why nearly every bit of diet and weight maintenance insists on eating breakfast. I suppose I get it, but I truly notice I feel better when I eat my meals later: breakfast around noon, lunch around 15.00, dinner around 20.00. I guess it's about finding the right balance for the individual.

15 min cycle to/from work
30+ min walk (running errands in town)
3 slices ww bread w. almond butter
Sm dish pretzels from America :)
ww pasta w. tuna, capers, chopped vegs, veg bouillon
