Goal


New goal: get to 160 by the first week of July 2012. That is, pick up the pace and stick to a steady 2 lb weekly loss. With a Friday weigh-in, here's what I need to accomplish:

my notes
The GM of our company is petite, slim, and always perfectly put together. Even when she wears a t-shirt and jeans. She and I sat together at a team meeting this afternoon, which was on video (of course). I looked like Gargantuella next to her. It was horrifying.

Just after, I went down to the cafeteria for lunch. First, I stood in line for the homemade ricotta ravioli with chard and pesto cream sauce (like THAT would make me feel better . . .). Then, I thought better of it. I went for the chopped chicken salad (but I added bacon to it).

What is wrong with me? Why can't I control this?
