eating kinda junky meats. I can :feel: the difference. I'm also loading up on the salads, eating them daily. I had salad with a slice of pork tenderloin (factory farm) for breakfast today (Friday morning) yeah, like that.

I think I'll cut back on the junky meats now. I can't eat them as much, makes me feel yucky. bah. clean meats or none. I feel like my body is so damn picky. it sucks because I'm sick of feeling shitty. but maybe if I listen more closely to my body, it will give me a nicer one, and I won't feel the occasional craptasticness anymore. seems worth it to me.
