Goal
My Feet Hurt From Kicking So Much Ass! Challenge:
  1. 2 liters (64 oz) water daily.
  2. No gluten, and 4 oz or less meat per day.
  3. 30 min specific heart rate training exercise + 15 min yoga, daily.
  4. Absolutely, positively, no eating after dinner.

homemade personal pizzas... I will do a veggie pizza with a gluten free crust and a light smearing of pesto in place of marinara sauce. a light sprinkle of cheeses, carmelized onions, organic spinach, mushrooms and olives. something like that.
