Goal
My Feet Hurt From Kicking So Much Ass! Challenge:
  1. 2 liters (64 oz) water daily.
  2. No gluten, and 4 oz or less meat per day.
  3. 30 min specific heart rate training exercise + 15 min yoga, daily.
  4. Absolutely, positively, no eating after dinner.

my notes
cooking later this afternoon. making gluten free tortillas with coconut oil in place of lard, a mushroom soup, and more black beans.

I ended up making more batches of beet kvass yesterday. eventually I'll get around to fermenting beets or making beetroot dip.

I'm curious about sprouting.
