cooking later this afternoon. making gluten free tortillas with coconut oil in place of lard, a mushroom soup, and more black beans.
I ended up making more batches of beet kvass yesterday. eventually I'll get around to fermenting beets or making beetroot dip.
I'm curious about sprouting.
