My Feet Hurt From Kicking So Much Ass! Challenge:
  1. 64+ oz water daily.
  2. Gluten-Free. Low GI.
  3. 30 min HR training exercise.
  4. Water/herbal teas after dinner.

originally I was getting the family outdoors for vitamin d and to commune with nature. I stopped wearing sunblock six months ago just to get more vitamin d (lamesauce) I've been taking a 2,000 IU supplement, daily, for close to two years now.

my vitamin d level last week: 27
optimal level: 70 (per dr Sara 50-90), in Luxembourg optimal level is 80.

I'm wearing sunblock again. I go to the park everyday at 3pm, Monday through Friday, for Vitamin D. So much for getting vitamin D naturally. I'm doubling my dose of for the next few months now. ridiculous.

shake - 1/2 cup beet kvass, 2 cups water, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, hand full of cilantro, a couple celery tops, protein, fiber, 1 Tbsp chia, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp maca, 2 walnuts, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/8 tsp stevia, beet kvass ice cubes.

1/2 cup ginger kombucha

32 oz water - done!

3 cups Asian stir fry veggies with homemade GF gravy & 1/8th cup shredded/diced pot roast
1 cup homemade ginger Kombucha - stwong on the ginger!

3/4 cup beans, 2 cups kale cooked with 1 Tbsp coconut oil (yes, it's a lot! Doing alternative thyroid therapy at the moment until I get in with a doctor that can help me), 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 tomato, Tapatio
1/2 cup ginger kombucha

1 grapefruit
1 apple
