my notes
"The Hormone Cure" by Dr. Sara Gottfried finally arrived. Fascinating stuff... very hard to put this book down.


workout
jump rope afterschool in the park
2+ miles (Monday makeup), average heart rate: 131

it. is. so. freakin' HOT outside right now at 6pm! time for running shorts.


breakfast
oatmeal with 1/2 banana, 2 walnuts, 1 Tbsp chia seeds - soaked for 15+ minutes.


lunch
2 apples, 2 walnuts, 1 dollop hummus

64 oz water


snacks
work: a couple bites 2 different banana breads (troubleshooting, quality control)
work unplanned: 2 cream puffs (1 plain, 1 w/ganache) - I was really curious how much of a difference the ganache makes. and now my curiosity is satisfied.
