Goal
My goal is to lose the weight I want so I can be confident, healthy and fit.


my notes
Double header kicked my butt last night. This week my best friend and I vowed to start interval training and sprints. I'm excited to have a buddy to workout with again!


workout
Did my initial tests for sit ups and push ups going to do my reps for those on lunch.

40 sit ups (crunches) complete
14 pushups complete


breakfast
rasin bran w/milk
capri sun


lunch
tuna noodle salad w/boiled eggs and light miracle whip
coke zero or water


snacks
cantelope
banana
water, water, water!
