I want to be a strong, healthy and athletic mom. I want to feel good, look good and most importantly be healthy. I also need to live as long as possible so I can be around for my children and hopefully grandchildren. I also have a lot of things I want to experience and accomplish. I don't think I've ever been at my ideal weight but I'm going to say that I really liked myself when I was 145 lbs. I will have a new goal once I reach this one. I can do this if I am held accountable. This time I'm going to do it!
Ok, it's a new day today. Got my workout in. Now I need to eat better.
