shred later tonight- no shred tonight guys.. I just got back from the hospital.. we were there 7 hours. when I got home from work .. dad had been bleeding all day and it escalated into bad clotting so we called his doctor that did the surgury and he wanted him brought in to be checked out. hes back home thank God, but he has another cathater in so I am nurse again for a week. hes in alot of pain, but the doctor said this sometimes occurs after a invasive procedure.. I have been up since 4:30.. I am exhausted.. I have to be back at work at 7 am tomorrow.
I did get in a workout today so I am ok with skiping hard ass jillian for the night.
I did have a few things not my norm.. but today wasnt a normal day
still doesn't excuse the choices.. pizza!! what was I thinking.I wont get to my goal that way.

skied all the cakes and pies .. they looked really good.
came home was starving
had a few bites of enchilades and my bro ordered pizza.. I was sooooo hungry so I had to thin slices
