Eat clean, Train hard, love life. be the most healthiest me possible and inspire and encourage others to do the same by setting a good example and raising the bar on a healthy lifestyle. by doing this I know I will reach my weight goal, but its more than about weight. its about optimal health.
my deepest Desire is to become the most accomplished runner I can be.. doing halfs and moving on to full.. partaking in dance classes, bunging jumping, ziplinig, rock climbing all while feeling comfortable doing so . living life to the fullest. I want to set a example for others and work towards opening my health center.
these are the steps I will take to help me reach my desires

I have come to the conclusion.. regardless what other people think of my way of eating.. it works for me.. i enjoy it and I am going to continue to eat to live and eat cleaner and cleaner each day.. will I ever be a vegan.. give up my fish and seafood.. I wont say no.. because if someone told me i would be a vegetarian.. I would have said are you out of your mind.. give up grilled chicken or a med rare steak or my moms cabbage rolls, but i found out .. there are always ways of recreating foods you love.
I have also decided my family will never get me and my style of eating and you know what that's ok.. I don't get there's either and I DON'T WANT TO...i love my foods.. they are delish and this way of eating is working with my weight.. 2.6 pounds in a week..
I am going to keep doing my thing..I hope someday my family will come around to healthier eating and realize you don't have to have meat or something fried to be a meal, but thats there way of thinking, but its not mine.
since giving up meat and going plant based with fish and seafood being the exception.. i have so much more energy. i feel amazing and the weight is dropping.. as long as i watch the grains. yes even the healthy ones need to be portioned out or they can hold back weight loss or at least for me they do.
I really have made a lifestyle change and its one I don't regret..I just have to stay my course and not conform to what others do.. this si MY journey.. eating clean training mean will keep me lean , healthy and yes SEXY

jump squats, lunges, crunches, jump rope.. ( just the motion), side lunges.
