today is going to be a great day.. set your mind and the rest will follow.well my work didn't go as planned.. i had tech issues. my provider wont hold the calls.and to top it off im getting a cold. probably my run the other day was cool and i worked up a sweat.. oh well.. i will drink tea, water and rest. get in some gentle movements.
