tortilla butter cinnamon- these were not gf. i dont know why i keep trying things non gf thinking my body will accept them.. i had a long talk with fit. she helped me realize i have to do certain things to keep my uc in remission.. NOTHING taste as good as being symptom free. i really need to remember this.
