its official according to my bmi.. which started at 61. its now 27.. i am no longer considered obese. I am still overweight, but only by 31 pounds.. this is BIG to me. i have worked hard to get out of the obese category.i am only 2.62 points from being considered a normal weight. i still have a lot of work to go. my body fat % is still in the high 30's.. starting body fat i have no clue..i was extremely obese.. doc told me i wouldn't release it without surgery.. they were wrong... im so happy to say im JUST overweight and i finally can see light at the end of the tunnel.. my goal is within reach. I have had a lot of ups and downs..this journey has not been easy. my biggest hurdle was losing my dad. . i sabotaged my efforts after . my world collapsed, but i finally realized this is something i need to do for myself and my dad.i also want to set example to others that dont believe its possible.. what i have done is nothing that anyone else cant do if they set their mind to it.. thank you all for staying by me through the good times and the bad.
