i weighed in the last week i weighed 169. i was up three pounds from what my ticker displays since not being able to exercise,. i didn't change my ticker because i made a vow it was not going to go up anymore and i would bring it back down by following the power of 3. its a system for me that's worked to release my weight. if its not broke dont try to fix it.. i have a pact with a friend 150 by Christmas. totally doable.. well drum roll since last week i went from 169 to 167. no exercise other than light walking.. eating way too many grains and carbs.proves still it can be done . its been driving me crazy not being able to workout hard a friend reminded me i may not see the light now, but i have to push through the darkness to get to the light at the other side. so come on.. keep pushing with me.. find your way out of the darkness into the light..
