good morning amazings!! i know the scale is not the best gauge for body fat% but until i get closer to my goal its what im using . when i get to 135 ill get tested.. well it was 41% this past year today the scale says 29.6 %. ill take it.. now to keep it going down.. off for a walk.. i have lickable abs to form. have a killer day.. step outside your comfort zone. dont settle for ordinary when you were born to be extraordinary. love you guys. push it!
