28 Day Raw Food Challenge

Goal: 100% Raw for 28 Days + 64 oz. Water Per Day

There is nothing like going clothing shopping that gives me more incentive to eat healthy and diet!
-32 oz. water
-walked 3.59 miles in 59:06 minutes (minus picking up dog poop!)
-1 mug raw cacao and honey tonic
-40 oz. warm miso soup with red pepper
For the Miso Soup: 4 cups water, 4 Tbs., mellow white miso, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/4 small red onion. Blend red pepper and onion with 2 cups warm water until smooth. Add in the miso and 2 cups hot water (also thinly sliced mushrooms and green onion would be great but I didn't have any). Mix until well blended. Also try making kombu dash by soaking kombu overnight in water.
-32 oz. Smoothie
For the Smoothie: 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 3 Tbs. soaked chia seeds, 2 Tbs. raw cacao powder, 2 cups water. Blend and enjoy!

-1 bite mashed potatoes (made for kids couldn't help it!)
