Goal: 100% Raw for 28 Days + 64 oz. Water Per Day

Day 1: 141.5
Day 2: 142.0
Day 3: 140.0
Day 4: 139.5
Day 5: 138.5
Day 6: 139.5
Day 7 - no weigh-in
Day 8: 141.0
Day 9: 140.0

my notes
-32 oz. water


workout
-4.89 miles in 1:01:29 minutes (quick stop into zoom room)
-1.62 miles in 21:02 minutes (dog walk)


breakfast
-1 mug raw cacao + honey


lunch
-64 oz. Smoothie (2 jars)

For the Smoothie: 3 Tbs. soaked chia seeds, 1 banana, 1/4 whole pineapple, 1 Tbs. vanilla Nutrition Essentials protein powder, enough water to fill up the Vitamix carafe.


snacks
-Bow of leftover salad


dinner
-Raw carrot ginger curried soup (40 oz.)
-3 Brazil nuts
-3 dates

For the soup: Juice of approximately 20 carrots, 1 bunch each cilantro and Italian parsley, 2 inches ginger, 1 nub turmeric, 2 peeled lemons. Into the vitamix put the juice, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 sliver red onion, 1 clover garlic, 2 tsp curry powder. Blend until smooth (or chunky if you want it more on the chunky side).
