On its website, CK mislabels all snacks as "early morning snack".

RMR = 1145 (5' tall or 152 cm)
Exercise: 50 cal = 1 km (very roughly)

GOALS 2014
(Lose 26 lbs)
Mar 31 = 122.4 lbs (55.5 kg or 24 BMI)
May 01 = 112 lbs
Jul 01 = 107 lbs
Sep 01 = 101 lbs
Nov 01 = 95 lbs (43 kg or 18.6 BMI)
May 01 (2015) = 98 lbs (add 3 lbs muscle over 6 mos).

And I begin a new regime with the beginning of my new year (bday yesterday). I return to training for an HM after about 6 mos off.

My summary for the last few weeks is posted yesterday.

I start afresh today with summaries (cal, xrz, totals).
