Develop healthy eating and exercise habits that I can stick to for life.
November 11, 2012: I need to lose about 25 more pounds. My biggest challenge is that when life gets either busy or stressful, my best-laid plans seem to fall apart. I want to eat healthy, but also to exercise regularly, both strength training and cardio.
Today I'm getting more fruit at the store so I can have a piece of fruit for a snack instead of nuts and raisins, or apples and PB. I think I'm eating way too many nuts.
