Disappointing note: After a series of setbacks over the past year, I'm restarting on May 6, 2015 at 171.5 (boo hoo). My goal is still 135, but it will take some time to get there.

I think I'll make a smoothie--blueberry, kale, banana, soy milk
hoping to make a quinoa-falafel salad if I get to the store to get the veggies for the salad. The quinoa is made and I just have to cook the falafel.
