Goal
Develop healthy eating and exercise habits that I can stick to for life. Starting at 170.5 on May 23, 2014 for the last leg of the journey.

Disappointing note: After a series of setbacks over the past year, I'm restarting on May 6, 2015 at 171.5 (boo hoo). My goal is still 135, but it will take some time to get there.

Progress indeed! Fitting comfortably into my shorts from 2005. :) Eating better--lots of fresh fruits and veggies--following PD and really loving it. My lowest weight (probably since I got married) was October 10, 2009, when I weighed in at 145.5. I'm now 9 lbs. away from that, and it seems manageable that I'll get there!
