feeling rested... slept 11 hours last night
I was supposed to run 11 miles today but after 2 days of horrible runs I am going to rest
1 egg/1 eggwhite, mushrooms, onions, 1oz Swiss in a whole wheat wrap
black coffee
salad with 1 cup black beans, peppers, cucumbers, 1 oz Gorgonzola cheese
1 tbs of balsamic salad dress form pizza place
catering tonight from 5:30-10:30... not sure about the dinner situation... will try and make good choices
pre catering- 5 oz black bean spaghetti, 2 scallops, sauce was 1 tbs olive oil, onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes
the catering job was so slow and i was bored so i ate!!!! So stupid : 1 hot dog on potato roll with mustard, 1 cup rice and beens
