Make my goals small for the year 2009/2010:

10 lbs. by November 26th. to 260 lbs.

Liver, kidney, and thyroid all normal

2008 results:

Kidney, thyroid, liver all normal.

Losing the same damn 5 lbs over and over again. I am starting a spiinning class with cycling that I've taken twice this week. and boy did I sweat! I should see results in about 2 weeks if i stick to it. I'll keep you updated.
