Goal
To get back to 115 pounds, the weight I was when I got married and prior to having two children. Excercise specifically targeting the abs to be in bikini ready shape prior to the annual tradition of spending Easter in Aruba with the family. Eat mostly vegan with occasional dairy/eggs.
