skating ! boxing ! hula-hoop ! jump rope !
daily stretches and rolling and poses
5k with the dogs and spouse weekdays
weeds saturdays !

workout
2 miles walk/jog on treadmill at Y
30 minutes stretches / dr xrcyz


breakfast
can of black beans
rice krispies

way way too full


lunch
late : oatmeal


snacks
24 breadandbutter pickle medallions - hungry
popcorn little bit hungry


dinner
mixed vegetables.
still hungry : two hardboiled eggs with ranch dressing
yum satisfied now.
