Today was a fairly good day except I inadvertently plowed down a couple of the Activia yogurts yesterday not realizing that the colon cleansing additives actually work.... yeah, lesson learned.
of course not.
I did take a leisurely stroll to the voting station though....
1 cup cheerios
1/4 cup raisins (I'm sure didn't help with the fiber issue)
1 cup soymilk
1 hot dog
1 bun
10 salt & vinegar kettle chips
1 activia (because I'm a glutton for punishment)
2 oreo double stuff
1/4 canned fruit cocktail
1 serving spinach ricotta lasagna
1 cup Romain lettuce w/ 1 tsp vinaigrette
1 serving rosemary bread
1/2 cup frozen corn (cooked, obviously)
