Goal
Lose 54 pounds. I started at 234 pounds on April 3rd, 2011. I want to get to 180 pounds.


my notes
Fasting morning blood sugar 101
Weight 212


workout
1 hour tread mill, 3 miles


breakfast
Blueberries, cherries, 2 peiced beef jerky, 2 cups blac coffee


lunch
2 peices beef jerky, 1/2 large Smoothie king smoothie.


snacks
1 apple, handful of sunflower seeds, 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter, 1 handful of smoked almonds


dinner
salad with american cheese and ham and 1 tbsp of blue cheese dressing, 2 slices of pizza, 1 glass of iced tea.
