1/2 sandwich with 2 oz. Mesquite Turkey, 1 slice reduced fat cojack cheese, and 2 tsp. Dijon mustard on sourdough
1 serving fat free pretzels
2 tbsp. Jalapeno cheddar cheese dip
1 Granny Smith Apple
Water


snacks
1 plain mini m&m's


dinner
1/2 cup basmati rice
1 cup stir fry pork and veggies
