Work up to running a 10k on May 7, 2016.


my notes


workout
4.44 mile treadmill run
45 minutes weights


breakfast
1 plain bagel
2 tbsp. Whipped mixed berry cream cheese
Water


lunch
1/2 sandwich with 2 oz smoked turkey, 1 slice low fat cojack cheese, and 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 dill pickle
1 cup cheesy popcorn
1 halo Orange
1 24 oz diet Mountain Dew


snacks


dinner
2 small apples with 2 tbsp. Creamy pb
1 serving pretzels with 2 tbsp. Jalapeno cheddar cheese dip
Water
1 fun size plain m&m's
