Lose 25 pounds before Christmas 2009 for a total of 75 pounds. Feel good, be able to keep up with the grandbabies! Firm up as the pounds come off! My goal weight is 165-179. Starting weight 249.5 I will not hit 250!

First 10 pound lost...................manicure and pedicure did it!!
Next 10 pounds.......................new outfit for Hawaii, almost there!! Did it!!
And then for 30......................get away for 3 or 4 days RV or head to the airport and jump on the first flight with seats available. DID IT! Oregon (<:
At 40 pounds I will.................have a spa day did it, very enjoyable!
50 pounds.............................ALOHA! Head to Hawaii (Jan is the goal time)
haven't hit 50 but we are off to Hawaii tomorrow (1/15/08) family Christmas gift we gave the kids and spouses, so 11 of us are off to the islands!
so I now will have a different reward for 50 since I jumped the gun and went before hitting the loss.....so now when I hit 199 (which will be 50 pound off) I am going to buy a new outfit! One that fits!!!! And from the shoes up (<: did it! actually ended up buying some very fun dresses for summer in June 09.
60 pounds 189...........................A spa day, massage, facial, mani/pedi, goal is to get there by Oct. 01,09
70-85pounds 165-179? will know the perfect weight when I get there!...........................1 word... new wardrobe! Going to plan a fun cute wardrobe and not keep clothes that don't fit!
Keep it off for 1 year........ A "mega" trip of some kind, more than likely heading to the South Pacific for a month! Or some kind of wonderful cruise....but must keep the weight off while on this mega vacation (o: travel is a fantastic motivator....remind myself daily of my successes and don't focus on the set backs, they are not failures, they are opportunities for me to learn.
