10/4: Freedom's Run, half marathon, Harpers Ferry, WV
10/5: Leesburg 10k, VA
10/25 Halloween Hustle 10k
11/29 Mississippi Coast Marathon, MS
New Years Eve and Day (thinking about) a 10k in NV, a 5k in AZ
1/11/15: Disney Marathon, FL

Done:
36 5ks in 19 states
20 10ks in 16 states
28 half marathons in 21 states
27 marathons in 27 states
(15 State "Bingos")


my notes
I like the new dentist and all his staff. They treated me like a queen. I'm so glad I went in on a whim, because one of my crowns was barely holding on, and it popped off during cleaning! So they glued it back on and I will have another coronation in a couple of weeks.


workout
Planned: No time for running, so once again, I'll just try to get in as many walking steps as I can.

Actual: Walked to the new dentist. It was less than a mile, one of the reasons I chose him. On the way back, I walked by a pumkin stand and bought some tomatoes and pears (pretty much the only fruits and vegetables they had for eating.) So now all my efforts won't be fruitless.

200 calorie fruit & vegetable allowance, and still I have no fruits & vegetables... UPDATE -- now I have tomatoes and pears. Must eat them all before I leave on Friday.
