I want to stay under 150, and preferably under 140. I'm still chipping away at my 50 state running project. Now the travel is getting to be the most challenging part.
September: a 5k and a half marathon in Montana
November: a 5k and a marathon in New Hampshire
January 2017: a 5k or 10k and a marathon in Nevada

I had a completely sedentary day yesterday, and then I forgot the music, so I didn't get out to the church to practice. I'm going this morning before work and tonight after work, and skipping my run. After tomorrow, I won't have this second job, and I'll be in the hardest part of marathon training, so it's good timing. Running will have to be my priority.
Ended September with a 1/2 lb weight gain (trend weight).
