Goal
I want to stay under 150, and preferably under 140. I'm still chipping away at my 50 state running project. Now the travel is getting to be the most challenging part.

November: a 5k and a marathon in New Hampshire
January 2017: a 5k or 10k and a marathon in Nevada

Running Events Done:
38 5ks in 21 states
25 10ks in 20 states
33 half marathons in 26 states
28 marathons in 28 states
(17 State "Bingos")


my notes
Yesterday at work (I was in that computer room all day, so it was easy, and I had my phone) the doctor called and wanted me to come in today at 3:55 pm. What a weird time! Not 4pm, but 3:55. To talk about my mammogram. Of course, I called off work today so I could go.

I don't know exactly what she will be able to tell me. I doubt she has the biopsy results. She probably has my blood test results, and maybe that will be something to add to the interpretations of the mammogram and ultrasound. Or maybe she DOES have the biopsy results. I don't know.

But whatever, I'm sure that she will be able to tell me SOMETHING.
