Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Going to focus!! only eat foods from my approved list!!


workout
walked 45 mins


breakfast
cinnamon cereal with blueberries


lunch
salad with veggies. 2 rye crackers with LC green grapes. ice tea


snacks
more chocolates- ugh


dinner
cottage cheese with banana pita chips. light beer 1/2. brownie with light ice cream- ugh
