Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
still hot- cooler in the eve


workout
15 min walk lunch and 15 min int he eve


breakfast
flakes with blueberries


lunch
orzo salad with veggies and feta. green salad. red apple with ginger spread


snacks
iced coffee almonds. plain airpop popcorn from TJ. peach


dinner
salad with sweet potato salad, sunflower seeds and ff feta. watermelon. 1 nutra grain blueberry waffle
