Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
still a chilly cloudy day.


workout
went to the gym again! 3 days in a row. 25 mins on the elliptical


breakfast
gf toast with pb. hot tea


lunch
chicken/broccoli with avocado. pb and cuke


snacks
almonds. and ice tea


dinner
veg. soup. 2 rice crackers with cheddar cheese. apple with pb. small glass of gf beer and 1 small gf cookie
