Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Wild weather- rain and wind warm then cold!


workout
zumba for 1 hour


breakfast
omelete with parm cheese and ricotta spinach


lunch
1 /2 gf bagel with cheddar cheese. salad with orange pepper and oil and vinegar. few bites of ricotta with pineapple


snacks
almonds hot tea with honey. rice crackers 1


dinner
lentil veg soup with 1/2 f bagel with cheddar cheese. ricotta with pineapple and coconut
