Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

snow day!!- Blizzard


workout
did some abs and leg work- decided to do rebounding tomorrow.. so no formal exercise today...


breakfast
1 banana, cottage cheese, coconut and pb. ice tea


lunch
veggie stir fry with veggies and chicken sausage on brown rice


snacks
tea and a sesame bar. few almonds


dinner
1 egg with ricotta cheese and cheddar cheese and spinach omelet
some gf bagette with butter
