Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
back to work and people


workout
20 min walk at lunch and 15 min rebound at home. ( plus 20 mins shoveling in the am)


breakfast
greek yogurt with pineapple and coconut


lunch
left over veggies and chicken sausage stirfry on brown rice with parm cheese. red grapes


snacks
almonds iced coffee with cream


dinner
tomato soup, 1/2 gf bagel with cheddar cheese, pb and cuke and greek yogurt with apricot jam
