Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
SNOW DAY!!- did eat too many cookies today.... won't get anymore... easier when I am at work to monitor my food


workout
shoveled 30 mins, snowshoe - 30 mins and skied for about 20 min. worked up quite a sweat!


breakfast
1/2 bagel with butter, cereal with a banana and milk


lunch
kale chips. bit of roasted chicken


snacks
almonds. cookies tea. apple and pb


dinner
cereal with milk. cookie
