Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

workout
went to the gym after work! elliptical 30 mins

cereal with milk

leftovers from last night - chicken stir fry with brown rice.

almonds. dark choc. decaf coffee with cream


dinner
tomato soup. rice wafers with cottage cheese with red pepper jelly. cottage cheese with pineapple
