Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
feeling more in control! down a couple of pounds since the other day!


workout
walked with the dog 3 times


breakfast
smoked salmon with lettuce and capers. coffee


lunch
chicken salad, gf cracker, salsa. apple


snacks
coffee with cream. almonds. peach and dark choc


dinner
kale, salsa and cukes. wine spritzer. gf crackers
