Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
have a knee brace, but can still exercise, fluid still on knee


workout
heading to the gym. did the treadmill for 25 mins


breakfast
hard boiled egg


lunch
chicken sausage with homemade apple sauce, goat cheese and beets. coffee with cream


snacks
coffee with cream sunflower seeds


dinner
chicken, banana, carrots and pb
