Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
day 3 of challenge.... weighed myself this am and was up a little but I am not going to let that stop me :)

Rain and snow here


workout
gym 30 mins on treadmill. I am in a routine and that is good


breakfast
yogurt with banana and coconut, coffee with cream


lunch
salad with carrots, goat cheese and ham apple with pb


snacks
herbal tea, decaf coffee, cheddar cheese. 1 peppermint patty very small. carrots and pb


dinner
